What’s Happening at Salem Creek

Food Pantry & Blessing Box

Jesus calls His followers to care for those in need, and this mission is lived out through our Food Pantry and Blessing Box. Stocked by the generosity of our congregation and refilled weekly, it meets real needs in our community.

Mission Work in Nigeria

Lives are being changed through Bible teaching, baptisms, and outreach. In 2025 alone, there were 74 baptisms, 10 restorations, and hundreds engaged in Christian education.

Plans for 2026 include new classrooms, gospel seminars, and expanded resources.

Senior Worship

Each month, Salem Creek brings worship to Stones River Manor, and Westbrook Towers, sharing a short sermon, singing, and communion with residents who cannot attend services - offering encouragement and Christian fellowship.

Community Door Hangers

Our Young People’s Class is canvassing local neighborhoods, leaving door hangers that invite families to visit our church. It’s a simple and heartfelt way to reach out, share the love of Christ, and let our neighbors know they’re always welcome here.

50 Meals a Month

Each month, our Young Adult Class meets on Wednesday nights to pack and prepare food bags for students in need throughout Rutherford County. Together, we assemble and deliver around 50 meals each month - helping ensure children in our community have the food they need and feel the love of Christ in a tangible way.
