Salem Creek has a dynamic senior group for members 60+ called Senior Saints.  They continue to make significant contributions to the Salem Creek family made possible from their mature perspective.  Our program is guided by an elder and deacon who are also seniors with the mission from our elders to see that none of our seniors are neglected or left behind.

    We have various committees of seniors who select activities, look at transportation needs, and in other ways stand ready to serve seniors.  In addition to the many congregational activities that take place, we try to get together as a group for special activities at least once each quarter.  This past year we had a pot luck meal to discuss desired direction, had two meals at Bell Buckle Café (the second by popular demand), and in November we gathered together for the annual Senior Banquet.  Our Activity Committee is on the lookout for new things to do and welcomes suggestions.  We hope you will choose to become a part of Senior Saints group!  Send us an email with any questions you have, or better yet, stop by and visit – we’d love to meet you!
